BonMaker – Privacy Policy

BonMaker is a platform for production workshops that make personalised products for sellers (businesses selling personalised products online). It shows the orders sent to a workshop, the orders it has shipped, and lets workshop staff photograph a sheet with an order code and package measurements so a shipping label can be printed. Accounts are created by the company; there is no public sign-up.

Data we collect

• Workshop registration (only if you fill in the "Đăng ký xưởng" form): workshop name, contact name, phone number, email, location, products and capacity — used only to review the application and contact you.
• Account data: the workshop login and a device token (stored only as a one-way hash) so the app stays signed in.
• Photos you choose to take or pick: images of measurement sheets (order code, length, width, height, weight). Only photos you explicitly capture or select are uploaded; the app does not read the rest of your photo library.
• Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), used only to notify you about new orders and a daily summary.
• Device name and platform (e.g. "iPhone"), shown to the company so a lost device can be signed out.

How we use it

• To show order and shipping information for your workshop.
• To read the order code and measurements from your photo. The photo is sent to an AI vision service (via OpenRouter) solely for this purpose; the result is saved on the order and a shipping label is printed.
• To send work notifications.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties other than the service providers named above.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on the company's servers. Measurement photos are kept with the related order for shipping and quality records. Device tokens are deleted when you sign out or when the company revokes the device.

Your choices

• You can refuse camera, photo or notification permissions; the rest of the app keeps working.
• You can sign out at any time from the Account tab.
• You can delete your account in the app: Account tab → "Xoá tài khoản". The account is signed out on all devices immediately and the deletion request is processed by our office. You can also contact us below.
• "Xem thử" (try with sample data) works without an account and sends nothing to our servers.

BonMaker là nền tảng cho xưởng sản xuất hàng cá nhân hoá làm việc với người bán hàng (những người kinh doanh sản phẩm cá nhân hoá): xem đơn gửi xưởng, đơn đã xuất xưởng, và chụp tờ ghi mã đơn + số đo để in tem vận chuyển. Tài khoản do công ty cấp, không đăng ký tự do.

Dữ liệu thu thập

• Đăng ký xưởng (chỉ khi bạn điền form): tên xưởng, người liên hệ, điện thoại, email, địa chỉ, sản phẩm, năng lực — chỉ dùng để xét duyệt và liên hệ hợp tác.
• Tài khoản: tên đăng nhập xưởng và mã thiết bị (chỉ lưu dạng băm) để giữ đăng nhập.
• Ảnh bạn chủ động chụp/chọn: ảnh tờ ghi mã đơn và số đo. App không đọc các ảnh khác trong máy.
• Mã nhận thông báo (Firebase Cloud Messaging) để báo đơn mới và tổng kết cuối ngày.
• Tên máy, nền tảng để công ty thu hồi đăng nhập khi mất máy.

Mục đích sử dụng

• Hiện thông tin đơn và vận chuyển của xưởng.
• Đọc mã đơn và số đo từ ảnh: ảnh được gửi tới dịch vụ AI đọc ảnh (qua OpenRouter) chỉ cho việc này, kết quả lưu vào đơn và in tem.
• Gửi thông báo công việc.

Không dùng cho quảng cáo, không theo dõi bạn trên app/web khác, không bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba ngoài các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ nêu trên.

Lưu trữ

Dữ liệu lưu trên máy chủ của công ty. Ảnh số đo lưu cùng đơn hàng để phục vụ vận chuyển và đối soát. Mã thiết bị bị xoá khi đăng xuất hoặc khi công ty thu hồi máy.

Quyền của bạn

• Có thể từ chối quyền camera, ảnh, thông báo — các phần khác của app vẫn dùng được.
• Đăng xuất bất cứ lúc nào ở tab Tài khoản.
• Xoá tài khoản ngay trong app: tab Tài khoản → "Xoá tài khoản" — khoá đăng nhập trên mọi máy ngay, văn phòng xử lý xoá dữ liệu. Hoặc liên hệ theo địa chỉ bên dưới.
• "Xem thử" dùng dữ liệu mẫu trên máy, không gửi gì lên máy chủ.
